Sales Consultant

On a mission to accelerate AI innovation, we are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Consultant to support AILiveSim’s growth in the UK and France. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry networks and experience selling software or simulation solutions!

AILiveSim provides an advanced simulation platform that integrates AI, robotics, and video game technology. Located in Helsinki, we serve a variety of industries, including maritime, robotics, defense, automotive, and mining. With controlled simulations, we accelerate the development cycles and provide scalable solutions for testing, training, and validating autonomous systems and AI algorithms.

This is an independent consulting role aimed at expanding our reach within focus industries maritime and defence, with a preference for candidates experienced in software tooling or simulation technology.

As a local sales consultant, your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving them to closure in alignment with AILiveSims sales strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Collect and report local market intelligence (e.g. customer needs, competitive landscape)

Build and nurture relationships with prospects and industry contacts

Prospect and generate leads through targeted outreach and networking

Guide qualified opportunities to a successful closure through the full sales cycle with the internal AILiveSim team

Represent AILiveSim locally with prospects, customers, and other stakeholders

Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows to promote our solutions

Share market feedback to shape regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans 

Who we’re looking for

You have an established network in defence, maritime, or adjacent industries

You bring experience in selling software or simulation solutions

You're proactive, independent, and comfortable working on commission model

You're a confident communicator and trusted presence in your market.

You’re based locally in the region where you’ll operate
