Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in London, with flexibility to work part of the week from home. The Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close new wholesale and channel business opportunities in network connectivity and ICT services, focusing on telecommunications providers, MSPs, and technology partners. Day-to-day activities include account management, prospecting and lead generation, building and managing a sales pipeline, delivering solution-focused presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The person in this role will collaborate closely with pricing, procurement, operations, and finance team to design solutions, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Regular responsibilities also include accurate sales forecasting, maintaining CRM records, tracking market trends and competitors, and representing AIRX at industry events or partner meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, network connectivity, ICT, or related technology services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, lead qualification, and closing complex deals with channel or wholesale partners.
- Ability to understand and position solutions such as internet connectivity, capacity services, and SD-WAN/WAN networking in business value terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and CRM discipline.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Experience in international or multi-country sales, or working with ISPs, MSPs, or system integrators, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
