We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team at AJ Chambers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who's ambitious, people-focused, and ready to build a long-term career in recruitment.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (Ideally with exposure to the US market)
- Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
- Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined niche.
- Commercially-minded, self-motivated and confident operating with autonomy.
