With the recent appointment of our new Head of Technology Recruitment, AJ Chambers are excited to announce their 4th Recruitment offering to their customers and the wider market.
We’re looking for an Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our US tech recruitment offering. This is a high-impact role for a senior recruiter who wants to build and lead a team, grow a profitable US client base, and establish themselves as a market specialist within a defined technology niche.
You’ll operate as a hands-on biller, driving revenue while in time building the foundations of a high-performing recruitment team beneath you.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant (Ideally with exposure to the US market but not mandatory)
- Experience working across either Data & AI or Blockchain
- Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
- Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined niche.
- Commercially-minded, self-motivated and confident operating with autonomy.
