Technical Author / Compliance Analyst - Boston - Attractive package

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Technical Author / Compliance Analyst with immediate effect for our Industry leading client who continue to lead their market, based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire.

Technical Author / Compliance Analyst Summary:

Monitor all relevant industry regulations to ensure our client remains compliant, working closely with the R&D team.

Create product documents and manuals, register equipment with relevant bodies.

Provide suitable information for AI bots and Technical Support Team to reference.

Good customer service values and compiling customer complaint responses.

Responsibilities:

Tech support diagnostics and fix guides compilation and management (2nd and 3rd line content)

Write Work Instructions

Charge Point OCPP Configuration and Data transfer documentation provided to CPOs-

Internal Test Plans & Report templates, documentation equivalent to Test House. Where possible reverse engineer Test House Dos’s, else take standard, identify clauses, place in spreadsheet and add filters for test plan selection. Head of docs to provide block schematic of test configuration for DUT and equipment list. Prompts for photo evidence of setup, Pass/Fail result and Comments.

Initial Point of contact Certification, progress chasing

AI journey champion – work with R&D to publish road map (cases, flow, make available, resource utilisation)

End User Manuals

Declarations of Conformity

Translation of documents

Ad hoc documentation support to staff/departments

Review of customer contracts/agreements, T&Cs, etc and provide

Creation and maintenance of internal policies – aligned with HSEQ

Skills:

Excellent English written skills with a very high attention to detail.

Provide concise verbal and written briefings to directors about regulatory changes, with proposed actions to situations and events that could impact the business.

Able to work well with all departments and be able to work to tight deadlines when needed.
