Role Requirements:

• Proven success in running effective campaigns across social media and email platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and Automated Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to shape and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
• Drive diverse marketing campaigns to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
• Strategise and implement customer retention initiatives, identifying up-sell opportunities.
• Work in tandem with Account Management to understand client needs and contribute to revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, keeping abreast of market trends through comprehensive research.
• Effectively manage marketing budgets and provide detailed reports on marketing and sales performance.
