Sales Manager – Electric Utilities (Telecommunication Client)

This is a strategic, high-impact role offering a CTC of around £120K, with a flexible 60–40 or 70–30 fixed-variable split depending on experience.

Location: Midlands (preferred)

Band: M4/M4A (senior management level)

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re seeking someone with:

• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, and client management within the Electric Utilities space.
• Strong technical understanding of the sector.
• Proven experience with PQQs, bid management, and contract negotiation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build business from the ground up.
