Duration: Permanent
Location: Fully Remote within Republic of Ireland (also open to UK or Ireland) - Standard hours: 9:00–5:00 / 6:00 | Flexibility required for US time-zone overlap (a few evenings per week)
Job Overview:
- The Email Marketing Specialist will own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for EMEA markets, supporting a fast-growing international expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting, with a strong ownership mindset in a newly forming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across EMEA
- Manage the full lifecycle: strategy → production → deployment → optimisation
- Work with CRM and campaign management platforms
- Conduct A/B testing, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns
- Report insights clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Collaborate with global production teams (US/Canada-based)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Email Marketing (core channel)
- B2C / D2C marketing experience with large consumer brands
- CRM / campaign tools experience:
- Epsilon, Moveable Ink, Attentive (nice to have)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar acceptable
- Adobe Journey Optimizer / AEP is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of:
- HTML (email templates)
- Photoshop (basic–intermediate edits)
- Strong understanding of KPIs, A/B testing, and optimisation
