Job Title: Application Developer – Oracle Cloud Reports / Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Location: Scotland (Glasgow / Edinburgh) – Hybrid working with occasional travel

Role Overview

An opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Reporting Developer to support a large-scale Shared Services programme serving over 20,000 users across HR, ERP, and EPM modules. The role focuses on maintaining a live system, delivering enhancements, managing regular Oracle updates, and supporting expansion to additional organisations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency (mandatory)
  • Strong experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud (Finance & integrations)
  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud reporting and system support

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle Cloud (HR, ERP, EPM) live systems
  • Develop and enhance Oracle Cloud reports
  • Manage monthly and quarterly Oracle system upgrades
  • Support system improvements and performance optimisation
  • Assist in extending system capabilities to additional users and organisations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid role with primary work based in Scotland (Glasgow / Edinburgh)
  • Occasional travel to office as required
