Customer Success Manager – SaaS/Software – Manchester

My client are a growing service provider looking to bolster their customer success team. They’re looking for a team mate with a passion for ensuring customer success and driving successful outcomes for a diverse set of clients. Someone that excels in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and brings an aptitude to learn and grow.

The company operate in a complex space, providing data and compliance solutions for a wide spread of clients. You’ll not have all the answers from day one, but will be inquisitive and hungry to learn.The role will suit someone who has worked in a start up environment. Although mature, as a business, they don’t have an ultra mature CS framework, and so you’ll need to be adaptable and happy work on defining processes. Experience in working for a SaaS/Software business, supporting retail and distribution businesses would be ideal. More than that, a hunger/desire to learn a complex product and assist clients professionally would more than suffice.

Key responsibilities of role to include:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and objectives.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure customers maximise the value of the software.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.

The role will be based out of the Manchester HQ 3 days a week. You’ll be paid £30-35,000 on basic plus some worldly benefits!
