Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped performance-based commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000)

Our client is an ambitious Microsoft consultancy specialising in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

They're looking for an ambitious graduate or junior professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of AI, business applications and consulting.

You'll work closely with the founder, receiving hands-on mentoring while learning how to design Microsoft solutions, support client projects and contribute to the growth of an exciting early-stage business.

The role

This is a unique opportunity to develop both technical and commercial skills.

You'll receive structured training across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio while supporting solution delivery for SME clients.

Alongside your technical development, you'll also play a part in helping grow the business through networking, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, proposals and demonstrations.

No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to accelerate their career.

What you'll be doing

• Learning to design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Supporting Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Assisting with solution testing, configuration and documentation.
• Supporting client workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Researching new Microsoft AI technologies and helping develop new services.
• Assisting with proposals, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Supporting business development through networking, LinkedIn outreach and identifying new opportunities.
• Working alongside the founder across technical delivery and business growth.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of commercial experience.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems and is excited by Microsoft's AI and business applications ecosystem.

You'll ideally have experience with one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Microsoft 365

Your experience could come from:

• University or college projects
• A placement year
• Personal projects
• Previous employment
• Microsoft developer environments
• Self-directed learning

Microsoft Learn modules, Applied Skills and Certifications would be an advantage.

If you've completed learning such as Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent Academy or similar Microsoft training, we'd love to hear about it.

Most importantly, we'd like to see evidence that you've built something and can explain how it works.

• £28,000 basic salary.
• Uncapped performance-based commission with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000-£40,000.

• Full support to achieve Microsoft Certifications and Applied Skills, including funded exam costs.
• Exposure to both solution delivery and business development.
• Hybrid working with two days per week in Manchester.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Able to work from Manchester two days per week.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships.
• Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment where you'll have real responsibility and opportunities to grow.
