IT Support Analyst – Carnforth –M365/Windows OS

I’m supporting a thriving North Lancashire business, as they bolster their small, but talented IT team.The role will be providing 1st/2nd line support to a disparate user base, answering and resolving queries and technical challenges. The environment is a strong mix of on prem and cloud and so experience of Windows Operating Systems, VMWare and Networks will be required. A solid aptitude for security, including firewall and endpoint resolution will be needed too. The business work in a MS heavy environment and so experience of supporting M365 will be required. Experience of supporting cloud based systems (CRM/Telephony) and ERP technology, would be desirable. The role will also be involved in IT projects and will take lead on upgrades/new installs and small IT project management. This role will suit a real all rounder. The role is paying £30-35,000 plus lovely bonus, pension and holiday perks. It will be on site, 5 days a week.
