This is not a siloed support role, you’ll split your time between infrastructure, security, cloud, networking, and support, with plenty of opportunity to influence how things are built going forward.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting and developing Azure infrastructure (Entra ID, VMs, M365, Conditional Access)
  • Working across both cloud and on-prem environments (currently hybrid)
  • Managing networking infrastructure including switches and firewalls
  • Handling support tickets alongside the team
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Supporting starter/leaver processes and core IT operations
  • Running basic SQL queries when required
  • Contributing to infrastructure modernisation and global growth projects
  • Providing occasional out-of-hours support when needed
What We’re Looking For
  • We’re looking for a strong all-rounder with a proactive mindset.
You’ll likely have:
  • Solid Azure experience (Entra ID, Conditional Access, VMs, M365)
  • Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong Windows Server knowledge
  • Good networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
  • Experience managing and resolving technical tickets
  • Basic SQL query experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and collaborative approach
