Telecoms Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced Telecoms / Connectivity Delivery & Provisioning Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing team focused on delivering next-generation connectivity solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong telecoms and connectivity experience who enjoys coordinating circuit delivery, working with carriers, and ensuring the successful rollout of customer connectivity services.

• 3 Month Initial Contract
• Outside IR35 / Flexible depending on experience
• Hybrid / Remote considered
• Immediate Start Preferred

You’ll play a key role in delivering connectivity services across a broad customer base, supporting both operational and commercial functions.

The core focus of the role will be:

• Ordering and coordinating connectivity circuits with telecoms carriers and suppliers
• Managing delivery timelines and ensuring successful rollout of services
• Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to manage expectations and resolve delivery issues
• Tracking orders and ensuring suppliers deliver in line with agreed SLAs
• Supporting customer communication throughout the provisioning and delivery lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate documentation, updates and delivery reporting
• Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and provisioning processes

We’re seeking a telecoms delivery or provisioning professional with experience coordinating connectivity services through carriers and suppliers.

You’ll have enough technical understanding to confidently manage delivery and customer conversations, although hands-on engineering experience is not required.

We’re looking for experience across telecoms and connectivity delivery, ideally including:

• Connectivity provisioning and circuit delivery
• Supplier and carrier management
• Customer-facing service delivery or project coordination
• MPLS, DIA, Ethernet and Layer 2 services
• FTTP, FTTC and ADSL technologies
• 4G / 5G connectivity solutions
• Understanding of IP addressing and VLANs
• Order management and rollout coordination
• SLA and supplier performance management

Experience with SD-WAN, IoT or mobile connectivity services would be highly beneficial.
