Applications are welcome from candidates with significant experience gained in a Head of IT and Security position or a similar role, and with experience of managing systems in a regulated environment. It would be an additional benefit if that experience had been obtained in the company’s target market, which includes multinational companies working in the London insurance market.
Our client, a leading and highly innovative insurance software development company, is looking for a Head of IT and Security. This is a new position that is required as a result of significant business gains and planned growth within the company.
At the moment, infrastructure within the company is managed by one highly skilled individual, plus an assistant who works on certain areas, and they also work closely with a services company. However, they know that this team is insufficient for their expected growth so they are actively looking for the right appointments to make. They would, therefore, expect the new Head of IT and Security to propose how to add to the team and when to contract out services.
