Full Stack Engineer (Typescript) - Health Tech AI

Full Stack TypeScript Engineer | Health Tech | 6-Month Contract

We've partnered with a fast-growing health-tech based in London that is building a real-time data platform to improve patient outcomes at scale to help them build an engineering team to help build out a new computer vision based intelligence product.

We're looking for experienced Full-Stack engineers with extensive Typescript, Node.JS and React experience to join the team and build out a product that gives clinical teams access to real-time analytics improving patient outcomes in the hospital setting.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and owning features across the full stack in TypeScript
• Developing performant, scalable backend services and APIs
• Delivering clean, responsive frontend interfaces
• Working closely with product and clinical stakeholders to shape how the product evolves
• Getting in early enough to influence architecture on a product with real momentum

Technical skills required:

• Strong TypeScript across both frontend and backend (Node.js)
• Modern frontend framework experience (React or similar)
• RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and development
• Database design and querying (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries a strong advantage (healthcare a bonus)

Contract details:

• 6-month initial term, strong likelihood of extension
• £600/day outside IR35
• London-based, hybrid/remote flexibility
• ASAP start
