On behalf of Computershare, we are looking for an AI Programme Delivery Lead for a 12 Months contract based in London (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office).

Join us as an AI Programme Delivery Lead.

As AI Programme Delivery Lead you will drive the end-to-end execution of an AI and digital transformation programme. You'll support as both a delivery lead and a technical guide, you will take ownership of AI-led initiatives from idea through to implementation, ensuring they deliver real business impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and digital initiatives, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard using Agile and DevOps practices.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions (including agentic AI and automation), ensuring successful deployment and adoption across the business.
• Take ownership of AI-enabled products, from early concept and prototyping through to production and scaling (including MLOps).
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives, defining use cases, and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful commercial value.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, managing expectations and bringing in specialist capabilities where required.
• Drive the integration of AI into core business processes (e.g. STLC and automation), improving efficiency and operational performance.

What you will bring to the role:

• Strong experience delivering complex digital or AI programmes, with a solid understanding of AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Commercial mindset, with the ability to connect technical solutions to real business outcomes and value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying DevOps principles to enable efficient delivery.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a curious mindset and willingness to learn and explore emerging areas such as prompt engineering and agentic AI.
