Job description - the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Lead (Consolidation) for a 4 Months (with potential extension) contract based in London or Manchester (Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office)

As SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Lead (Consolidation) you will lead the design and delivery of a best-in-class financial consolidation and group reporting solution within a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme. You will work at the heart of a global finance transformation initiative, engaging senior stakeholders, driving design decisions, and ensuring a robust, end-to-end solution is defined and successfully transitioned into implementation.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and financial consolidation processes.
  • Plan, facilitate, and drive stakeholder workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and alignment.
  • Define and document detailed functional solution designs and business processesCollaborate with global programme teams (design, implementation, and business stakeholders).
  • Develop and manage the delivery roadmap, including handover to implementation teams.
  • Present recommendations and influence key decisions across senior finance stakeholders.

The skills you'll need:

  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of SAP Group Reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial consolidation within large, complex organisations.
  • Track record of delivering ERP / finance transformation programmes (end-to-end).
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design finance solutions and produce high-quality functional documentation.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills within global, cross-functional teams.
