Director of Enterprise Sales - UK/Europe

ANRA Technologies is the world’s first EASA-certified U-space Service Provider and the only UTM company with certified deployments for both the FAA and EASA. We’ve won in the UK (CAA-funded BVLOS trial), Finland (VTT tender), Spain, and Estonia, and we’ve just hired a CRO to scale it all up.
You’ll own enterprise and government sales across the UK and EU: full-cycle, from shaping deals early with ANSPs and regulators through to close. This is a market-builder role, not a lead-runner role.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle for UTM, U-space, and airspace management SaaS across UK, Europe, and adjacent markets.
- Engage ANSPs, national CAAs, airports, enterprises, and system integrators early — before RFPs are written.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles (commercial and public-sector) from qualification to close.
- Drive RFP/tender responses, pricing strategy, and proposal development with technical teams.
- Represent ANRA at Airspace World, Amsterdam Drone Week, DSEI, and key regulatory working groups.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in enterprise or government sales, aviation, aerospace, ATM, drones, or regulated infrastructure.
- Prior UTM/U-space product experience; existing ANSP or CAA relationships; second European language.
- Proven record closing six- to seven-figure deals in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Direct experience engaging ANSPs or aviation regulators (NATS, DFS, skeyes, DSNA, Avinor, or equivalent).
- Fluency in EU/UK government procurement: tendering, consortium bids, grant-funded programmes.
- Comfortable in a 50-person scale-up, high ownership, low bureaucracy, equity upside.
- British or EU citizenship required.
