SAP Senior Leader/Program Lead
SAP Leadership Roles x2 — S/4HANA Programme
Location: Manchester / UK Hybrid — across two regional sites, 3 days per week on site, 2 remote for the first ~4 months. More flexible thereafter.
Contract: Outside IR35

Clearance: SC cleared, or eligible for SC Clearance.
The client A large, highly regulated UK organisation at the start of a 5-year S/4HANA programme.
We are hiring two senior leaders into the programme:
Role A — SAP Service Transition Lead
Duration: 12 months+
The role: Ensure the service capability is ready to take the new SAP services on. You'll handle service readiness, transition planning, and release & deployment internally — making sure operations can absorb substantial change without disruption.
Requirements:
- Proven SAP Service Transition / Service Introduction experience
- Background managing substantial change programmes
- Strong release & deployment experience internally
- Comfortable across a complex contract / supplier landscape
Role B — SAP Delivery Lead / Programme Manager
Duration: Long-term (5-year journey)
The role: Join the dots and work in the grey. You'll combine business change leadership with IT delivery leadership across an SAP programme touching Logistics, Finance and HR. Expect ambiguity, competing priorities, and stakeholder complexity — your job is to drive forward regardless.
Requirements:
- Proven Delivery Lead / Programme Manager on large SAP programmes
- Track record across both business change AND IT delivery leadership
- Public sector, financial services or oil & gas background ideal
- Highly resilient — this will get frustrating; resilience is non-negotiable
