A global S/4HANA programme is consolidating time recording onto a single model and needs a SuccessFactors Time Tracking specialist to deliver it end to end. This is a delivery seat, not support.

The role

  • Own consolidated time recording across the programme — design through to deployment
  • SuccessFactors Time Tracking configuration and integration into the wider S/4HANA landscape
  • Work with HR and payroll stakeholders to standardise time policies across entities
  • Testing, cutover and hypercare

What you'll bring

  • Proven SuccessFactors Time Tracking delivery experience, not just support
  • Integration experience between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
  • Comfortable owning a workstream on a large multi-entity programme
  • SC clearance eligibility

Engagement details

  • Location: South East — hybrid, rare travel to a client office
  • Contract runs to Feb 2027
