- Support clients in developing keyword search terms and review workflows tailored to their case strategy and budget
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance across all deliverables, ensuring high-risk actions are peer-checked and all work is reviewed before reaching the client
- Contribute to business development by supporting the sales team and demonstrating our services to prospective clients
Key Requirements:

- A detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset with a track record of delivering to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and contributing to process improvement
Nice to Have:
- Based near London with the ability to travel in when needed - though this is a remote-first team and welcome strong candidates from elsewhere in the UK
- Business-level German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted review tools on a live matter
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- In-house experience at a law firm
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules as they relate to Disclosure
