eDiscovery Executive - £45,000 to £50,000

About the Company & Role

We’re supporting a top-tier city law firm renowned for its organically grown, close-knit Legal Technology function. Over the past few years, their eDiscovery and eData team has matured into one of the most forward-thinking in the industry - actively adopting a variety of AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and streamline every stage of the disclosure process.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their eDiscovery career (1–2 years’ experience ideally using Relativity) or an individual from a broader litigation support background looking to develop deep hands-on expertise with industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Executive Role:

  • Support eDiscovery and data-related work across complex litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with setting up, managing, and quality-checking cases within review platforms.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and project success.
  • Provide technical support and guidance across disclosure workflows.
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by sharing ideas and supporting process innovation.

Required Qualifications of this eDiscovery Executive Role:

  • Around 1–2 years’ experience in eDiscovery or legal technology (law firm, consultancy, or vendor).
  • Experience using Relativity is important even at a basic level (not pure document review)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies within legal operations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and legal teams.
  • Must be a UK citizen, not requiring visa support.

Pay range and compensation package

  1. £45,000 to £50,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
  2. Excellent benefits package, including private healthcare, pension, and generous holiday allowance. Comprehensive training on Relativity and other tools. Mentorship from senior experts within a highly regarded Legal Technology team. Clear progression pathways (clearly shown by all individuals in the team who have progressed themselves).
