eDiscovery Sr/Project Manager - £75,000 to £80,000

Overview:

A US-headquartered firm is continuing to build its UK eDiscovery function (already 4+ people locally) and is looking to hire an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager. This is a hands-on delivery role with real ownership, suited to someone who can run matters independently, keep stakeholders aligned in Europe, and help mature process as the team scales.

Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

  • Own delivery across multiple active matters, balancing scope, speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations
  • Handle key stages of disclosure from processing through to productions in Relativity
  • Shape practical, defensible approaches to handling client data from early intake through to final outputs
  • Lead client and lawyer communications: status updates, decision points, and clear recommendations when trade-offs are required
  • Produce clear reporting on volumes, milestones, and overall delivery health
  • Coordinate UK and US-based stakeholders to ensure the right resources and services are applied at the right time

Requirements of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience in eDiscovery project management (law firm or legal services environment preferred)
  • Strong Relativity experience, including hands-on administrative tasks and matter set-up support
  • Solid understanding of analytics and how to apply them to real-world workflows (culling, prioritisation, TAR strategy, QC)
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters without losing control of detail
  • Confident, consultative communicator with strong client-facing presence
  • Proactive, solutions-led approach with a track record of preventing issues before they escalate
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across teams and functions
  • Comfortable working in a scaling environment, where ownership, pace, and continuous improvement matter
