What You'll Do

• Translate legal expertise into workflows, templates, and AI-driven product logic
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to build features grounded in real legal use cases
• Work with in-house legal teams to identify challenges and opportunities for innovation
• Design and refine AI-powered workflows across contracts, compliance, and legal operations

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years in legal practice, legal ops, or legal technology
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams operate
• A genuine passion for legal innovation and AI
• Clear communicator who can translate complex legal ideas into practical solutions
• Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, legal design, or structured content systems
