Data & Delivery Apprentice
Over this two-year programme, you’ll work with our international team, supporting qualification delivery, customer engagement, and market development. You will also work towards achieving a level 3 Data Technician qualification.
Role
- As a Data & Delivery Apprentice, you’ll take part in rotations tailored to your development, complementing your Level 3 qualification and. bringing theory to life in real-world scenarios.
Your work may include:
- International Delivery: Learn how international exams are delivered from start to finish by working with regional teams. You’ll help gather and organise delivery data, and support improvements to systems and processes whilst working with colleagues during busy periods and assist with tasks for upcoming exam series
- Centre Approval: Understand how schools are approved to deliver qualifications and track their onboarding journey, using data to assess school performance, compliance, and approval timelines. You’ll also share insights with teams to support better decision-making and process improvements
- International Development (New Qualifications): Explore how new international qualifications are created and updated whilst providing data analysis to improve development processes and support assessment changes. You’ll also help plan market research and develop resources for teachers and learners
- International Curriculum: Generate insights to support curriculum design and updates, analysing feedback, performance data, and trends to evaluate curriculum effectiveness. You'll then present your findings to guide curriculum improvements and ensure global relevance
