Associate Recruitment AdministratorPermanentGuildford & Milton Keynes: £26,000 - £26,500Hybrid working - min 2 days per weekAre you organised, detail-focused, and ready to thrive in a high-volume environment Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you'll help deliver a seamless experience for thousands of teacher applicants each year. This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.In this role, you'll process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI. Working with colleagues across departments, you'll assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres-sharing feedback to help improve recruitment processes.This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset.
