Youwillprovidetechnicalsupporttousers,maintainon-premiseandcloudinfrastructure,andworkcloselywithinternalteamsandthird-partyvendorstosupportcriticalsystems.
KeyResponsibilities
- Providehelpdeskandtechnicalsupportacrossthebusiness
- Supportcorporateinfrastructureincludingcloudandon-premisesystems
- MaintainMicrosoft365,ActiveDirectory/Azure(Entra)environments
- SupportvirtualisationplatformssuchasVMware,Hyper-V,orCitrix
- Assistwithsecuritymonitoring,disasterrecovery,andinfrastructureprojects
- Workwiththird-partyvendorsandinternalstakeholders
Experience
- 35yearsexperiencesupportingacorporateITenvironment
- ExperiencewithMicrosoft365,Azure/ActiveDirectory
- Knowledgeofnetworking(LAN/WAN/VLAN)andcloudenvironments
- RelevantMicrosoftcertifications(AZ-900/AZ-104)beneficial
