Thisrolewillsupporttheorganisationscoretechnicalinfrastructure,ensuringreliable,secure,andeffectiveITservicesacrossthebusiness.

Youwillprovide technicalsupporttousers ,maintain on-premiseandcloudinfrastructure ,andworkcloselywithinternalteamsandthird-partyvendorstosupportcriticalsystems.

KeyResponsibilities

• Provide helpdeskandtechnicalsupport acrossthebusiness
• Support corporateinfrastructure includingcloudandon-premisesystems
• Maintain Microsoft365,ActiveDirectory/Azure(Entra) environments
• Support virtualisationplatforms suchasVMware,Hyper-V,orCitrix
• Assistwith securitymonitoring,disasterrecovery,andinfrastructureprojects
• Workwith third-partyvendorsandinternalstakeholders

• 35yearsexperiencesupportinga corporateITenvironment
• Experiencewith Microsoft365,Azure/ActiveDirectory
• Knowledgeof networking(LAN/WAN/VLAN)andcloudenvironments
• RelevantMicrosoftcertifications(AZ-900/AZ-104)beneficial
