This is a hands-on, senior role where youll own the end-to-end delivery of apps, automations and dashboards, shape platform strategy and governance, and be the go-to expert for stakeholders across technology and the wider business.
The role Design, build and maintain solutions usingPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
Integrate with core systems such asERP (e.g.
SAP)andITSM/ESM (e.g.
Freshservice)via standard and custom connectors.
Championautomation and AI initiativesto streamline workflows, improve data quality and elevate user experience.
Explore and implementAI-driven solutions, including custom copilots/AI agents (e.g.
Copilot Studio) and NLP-enabled experiences.
Ensureplatform governance, role-based security, data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
LeadALMfor Power Platform solutions (environments, solution management, release coordination, runbooks/support guides).
Act as theescalation pointfor technical issues related to RAD solutions.
About you Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform Strong experience withPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
Solid understanding of connectors, custom connectors and integration patterns with external systems.
