Are you a Data Engineer with a passion for turning raw data into powerful insights? We're on the hunt for a hands-on, Azure-savvy problem solver to help build and enhance our clients next-gen Data Lakehouse platform - the foundation of their analytics and decision-making engine.

If you have experience in the MGA or (re)insurance world, thrive in agile environments, and love collaborating across teams, you'll feel right at home there.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines using Azure ADF, Databricks, Synapse and more.
• Shape the future of our Data Lakehouse, working closely with both regional and global teams.
• Translate business needs into reliable data models that power insightful reporting and analytics.
• Champion data quality, governance, and security across platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and teams in underwriting, finance, and operations.
• Contribute to solution design, platform evolution, and ML/AI integration.
• Support delivery of data products, APIs, and interactive dashboards.

What You Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data tools (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Storage, DevOps).
• Proven background in Data Engineering, ELT pipeline design, and scalable architecture.
• Fluency in SQL, Python/Scala/R; experience with Power BI is a big plus.
• Solid grasp of Data Lakehouse architecture and how to make it sing.
• Bonus points for experience in insurance or MGA data environments.
• Excellent communicator, stakeholder whisperer, and natural problem-solver.
