Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant working in our London office 3 days a week. In this role, you will identify and attract top IT talent, conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, and match their skills with client needs. You will collaborate closely with our Account Directors to understand the clients technical and cultural requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- 12 months proven experience within IT Recruitment
- Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience or knowledge in the technical industries and international markets is beneficial
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving results
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
