Ark Aurora, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Audit Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in the field.
Role
- Assist in conducting financial audits for a diverse range of clients
- Prepare and maintain audit files and working papers
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and data entry
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Support senior audit team members in various aspects of the audit process
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Training
- Accountancy or taxation professional level 7
- Strong academic background
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting discrepanciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Commitment to pursuing a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA)
