Delivery Manager (Payments)
11 Month initial contract
2 days per week on site in Manchester or Leeds
£Market Rate (Inside IR35)
My client, in the banking industry are looking for a Delivery Manager to join their fast-paced team on an initial contract until the end 2026.
***Please note - the selected candidate MUST HAVE strong Payments experience***
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Commercially and Data driven
- Anticipate challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Data analysis competency, but expectation is they will rely on output from the team to provide requested information
- Debit payments expertise (desired - current account experience in a UK FS as a minimum)
- Create and present proposition decks
- Data visualisation
- Process design
- Develop "project plans" for execution of initiatives
- Coordination across departments - influencing prioritisation decision and project management of activity
- Application of common sense and realism as second nature
