Senior Project Manager - Transformation & Implementation

Day Rate: £450-£550 (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile transformation project within a complex organisation. This role focuses on implementing new IT systems and processes to improve standards and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major projects including case management systems, automated credit checks, and social media screening tools.
• Act as the central point of coordination across IT, PMO, business change, and consultancy partners.
• Manage governance, RAID, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build capability within teams while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Strong track record delivering IT-enabled business change projects.
• Skilled in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at director level.
• Experience in public sector, policing, or complex organisations desirable.
• Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP) advantageous.
