Level 3 AI Support and productivity apprentice
We are looking for an AI Support & Productivity Apprentice to help our team get the most out of the digital and AI tools we use every day. ProfDoc and our sister brands have adopted AI assistants, automation and a growing set of in-house tools, and we need someone to support colleagues in using them.
Role
•Provide first-line support to colleagues on our applications and AI tools, in person, by phone, email and Teams
•Help onboard and train users on AI assistants, Microsoft 365 and our internal tools, and advise on how to work more productively with them
•Log, prioritise and document support requests so there is a clear record of what was done and what is outstanding
•Diagnose the root cause of application and technical issues, fix what you can, and escalate the rest
•Configure user accounts, software and settings on our systems to meet each team's needs
•Carry out basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and our reporting tools, for example on tool usage or team productivity
•Support continuous improvement projects such as automating repetitive admin tasks and rolling out new features
•Apply our data security, GDPR and acceptable-use policies in everything you do, and help colleagues do the same
•Research and test new tools and features, and explain technical options in plain language to non-technical colleagues
•Manage your own workload against agreed priorities and keep up to date with developments in AI and productivity software
Training
15 months. Delivered remotely, includes 13 days of virtual workshop delivery.
