WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Within your first 12 months, you will have:
- Successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects
- Built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency.
- Become recognised as a trusted delivery partner, bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring project achieve their intended outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an ambitious person with a proven record of success and with:
- Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects from inception to implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable
- Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
