About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join ASUS UK as an Account Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career within a global technology company, supporting our Sales, Finance, and Product teams in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of pricing support, customer accounts, reporting, and commercial processes. You'll work with colleagues across the UK business and our international headquarters, gaining valuable exposure to sales operations, commercial finance, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the UK Sales and Product Management teams by processing price support requests, customer rebates, and promotional activities through internal systems.
  • Accurately upload pricing information and issue reference numbers to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by responding to account and claim queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure all required documentation is received to process customer claims accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Assist with the management of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, following up outstanding items with customers and internal teams.
  • Liaise with our Headquarters Sales Administration team to resolve outstanding invoicing and account queries.
  • Update weekly Account Receivable (AR) reports and support shipment release approvals.
  • Assist the Marketing team with the administration of marketing claims and the upload of supporting invoice information.
  • Produce and maintain regular reports, including inventory, sell-out, price support, and commercial tracking reports.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the wider Sales Operations team with ad hoc projects.

Essential

  • A recent graduate with strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, eager to develop a career in a fast-paced commercial and customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships across teams and with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Please note that this role is based in Hemel Hempstead and requires regular on-site attendance. We are looking for candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hemel Hempstead or are willing to relocate before starting.
