A well-established international recruitment firm is hiring experienced Sales Consultants for their Tech & Change teams in London. With a strong reputation in Insurance, Financial Services, and broader transformation projects across the UK and Europe, they’re looking to grow their client-focused sales function with individuals who love building relationships and winning business.

This is not a people management role—it’s ideal for 180-style sales professionals who thrive on bringing in new clients and delivering consultative recruitment solutions, without being bogged down in candidate delivery (which is handled by a dedicated team).

The Role:

  • Join a client-facing team focused on Technology, Data, and Business Change .
  • Operate within large-scale transformation programs, particularly within Insurance and Financial Services .
  • Build and manage client relationships across key UK and EU markets, including opportunities to specialise in Scandinavia or Danish markets .
  • Work closely with a high-performing delivery team to service roles efficiently—freeing you up to do what you do best: sell .
  • Contribute to retained and project-based recruitment assignments, including SOW and consultancy solutions .

  • 60-person international recruitment business with offices in London, Munich, Leicester, Denmark, and the Netherlands .
  • Operates a 180 model —dedicated sales and delivery functions.
  • Focused on Tech, Data, and Change across the UK and Europe , with a growing presence in Scandinavia.
  • Strong leadership team with a clear, long-term vision—backed by co-founders with proven success.
  • Sales team performance: £500k+ per head average .

Who They’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused recruitment role (2–3+ years minimum) .
  • Strong understanding of the tech, data, or change markets—experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a bonus but not essential.
  • A natural business developer who can win clients , build accounts, and convert relationships into revenue.
  • Confident navigating complex client environments with a consultative approach.
  • Self-driven, commercially astute, and looking to grow in a supportive but ambitious culture.

Commission & Culture:

  • Commission starts at 25% after hitting an initial 12-month threshold.
  • 25% flat comms on full 360 deals.
  • Monthly payouts with a clear, achievable structure.
