A global search boutique placing Board and C-suite into some of the most recognised names in AI and software. Pre-revenue through to pre-IPO. Average fee £70-100k, average TC they work with c.£500k+.

They're growing and looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the London team.

The role

Mapping, research, getting on the phone. At Senior Associate level you're owning the shortlist process end to end. Software and tech verticals - GTM, commercial, general management.

What stands out

Equal split across UK, Europe and East Coast US - not a UK firm with a flag planted abroad. Partner-led searches with deep relationships on the VC and investment side. Clients take the call because they've earned it over years, not because they've got a good deck.

Senior Associates are targeted at 11 placements, uncapped beyond that.

What they're looking for

1-5 years in search or contingent recruitment. Software or tech background preferred. Clock speed, independence, and the ability to build rapport. Not interested in people going through the motions.

Package

£32-50k base | Uncapped bonus | London (Strand) | 3 days in office
