Technology Recruitment Consultant – Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible)

Location: Manchester – Spinningfields

Salary: Competitive base + commission

Experience: 1–4+ years (Tech Recruitment preferred but not essential)

About the Role

We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated recruiters to join a growing Technology division . The team covers multiple tech verticals – Software, Data, Infrastructure, GTM – with opportunities for junior, mid-level, and senior hires .

Whether you’re experienced with 360 recruitment or coming from a sales/customer-facing background , there’s a clear path to develop into a high-performing recruiter. The role gives you autonomy, support, and access to high-quality clients , with less micromanagement and KPI pressure than other agencies.

You’ll work in a collaborative, grown-up environment where the focus is on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, not chasing quick fees. There’s a constant flow of roles and the opportunity to progress rapidly , including managing your own team or desk over time.

• Relationship-driven, charismatic individuals
• Able to qualify clients and candidates effectively
• Self-sufficient and motivated, with the drive to own their career
• 2+ years’ experience preferred for 360 roles; 1–2 years suitable for resource/junior positions
• Passionate about tech and learning new specialisms
