Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultants - AI, Robotics & Software

London (Hybrid) | UK, DACH & US Markets

£35-60k Base - 35% Comms no threshold

A well-established technology recruitment business with a dedicated focus on AI/ML, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Autonomy is looking to bring on an experienced recruiter to own and build out one of three core markets:

• UK
• DACH (German-speaking)
• USA

This isn't a desk you inherit. You're building it.

The role

Senior or Principal level, with two clear tracks depending on what you want:

• Billing manager - build and lead a team with structured support from experienced leadership
• High-billing individual - own your desk, no people management, no dilution of focus

Both paths have defined progression to Directorship. Consultants here are billing £220k-£400k+ individually, with top performers well beyond that.

Who they're looking for

• 360 recruiters with international market exposure - ideally billing £150k+ and looking for a platform to scale
• People who can win accounts and build relationships from scratch, not just work warm pipelines
• Prior AI, Robotics, or Software experience is a plus - but strong recruiters from other sectors will be considered if the ambition is there
• Self-starters who want to own something, not just fill a desk
