We’re a growing recruitment and HR-tech business supporting face-to-face sales & marketing offices across the U.S.

Alongside our recruitment services, we’re building MyPathway — a SaaS onboarding and retention platform designed specifically for high-growth sales organisations.

Over the next 2–4 months , we’ll be building a small, high-impact sales and marketing team .

👉 We’re not hiring immediately.

Right now, we want to connect early with smart operators and hear how you would approach selling and scaling what we’re building.

What we’re looking to learn

  • How you would position and sell a weekly recruitment service
  • How you would take a B2B SaaS product (MyPathway) to market
  • Your thoughts on outbound vs inbound, messaging, and channels
  • What you’d prioritise if you were building this from the ground up
