Future Sales & Marketing Team - Early Conversations

We're a growing recruitment and HR-tech business supporting face-to-face sales & marketing offices across the U.S.

Alongside our recruitment services, we're building MyPathway — a SaaS onboarding and retention platform designed specifically for high-growth sales organisations.

Over the next 2–4 months, we'll be building a small, high-impact sales and marketing team.

We're not hiring immediately.

Right now, we want to connect early with smart operators and hear how you would approach selling and scaling what we're building.

What we're looking to learn

  • How you would position and sell a weekly recruitment service
  • How you would take a B2B SaaS product (MyPathway) to market
  • Your thoughts on outbound vs inbound, messaging, and channels
  • What you'd prioritise if you were building this from the ground up
