Global Account Manager

We’re Hiring: Global Account Manager (GAM) – IT Services

About the Role

AVASO Technology Solutions is looking for a high-impact Global Account Manager who thrives in hunting, closing, and scaling large global accounts .

This is not a farming-only role . We are looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships at the C-suite level, and close multi-country deals independently .

If you have a strong network in IT services (OEMs, enterprises, global integrators) this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow large global accounts with multi-year revenue strategies
  • Drive net-new business acquisition using your professional network
  • Lead end-to-end global sales cycles (qualification → solutioning → pricing → closure)
  • Build strong relationships with Director to C-Suite stakeholders
  • Lead complex multi-country RFPs and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Finance, Legal, Solutioning)
  • Maintain strong pipeline governance and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Act as the commercial owner for all deals and account performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 9–14 years in enterprise sales / global account management (IT services only)
  • Proven hunting capability (net-new logo acquisition)
  • Strong experience in multi-country, multi-tower deal ownership
  • Deep understanding of: Field Services (IMAC, Break-Fix, SLA models), Managed Services & Global Delivery Models, EUC, Service Desk, DaaS, ITAD
  • Strong commercial acumen:
  • Pricing & margin management
  • Contract negotiation (MSA, SOW, SLAs)

Established network across MNCs, OEMs, distributors, or system integrators
