IT Services Apprentice
You will support the End User Services team by assisting end user services, desktop support and customer support. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience and foundational skills within IT services like hardware and software troubleshooting and desktop support, offering valuable exposure to real-world IT environments.
Role
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT standpoint.
- Support end-users with IT-related issues, both onsite and remotely
- Help maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Audio visuals: supporting MS Teams based meetings and conference rooms
- Research and suggest improvements in IT processes
