What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating and implementing innovative HR solutions that prioritize employee engagement, satisfaction, user experience, and productivity. You will be a valued partner and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product features and strategies.
This role will support core HR platforms to help with enhancements and break fixes that are part of our product portfolio. You will bridge HR operations, IT, and vendor partners by leading the business analysis and project delivery of HR technology initiatives. This includes enhancements, integrations, and large-scale transformation work across our global HR ecosystem.
The position can be located either in the USA or UK (Farnborough, Hampshire). This role is predominantly remote, with some occasional travel to a centralized office as required.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leaders, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize product requirements and strategic objectives
- You will work with Product Owners to project manage, support, and drive the development and implementation of HR software solutions, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines – in collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Drive the development of self-service tools and process automation capabilities to streamline HR processes, reduce administrative burdens, and empower employees to manage their own HR needs, such as the adoption of manager and employee self-service
- Own the creation and maintenance of key documentation such as requirements documents, process mapping, functionality overview documents, UAT scripts, and a data dictionary
- You will own elements of the HRIS process from discovery, requirements gathering, UAT, change and comms, deployment, training and hyper-care - while maintaining project status' in tracking systems (such as Workstack and Azure Dev Ops.
- With the assistance of stakeholders and vendors, configure and build changes as required to support enhancements and break-fixes while following the core principles for HRIS delivery and change management
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a security matrix for core HRIS and ensuring adherence and regular audits of security roles and permissions are completed
- Champion for data compliance, HRIS Upgrades, and best practices to the organization & ensure that training is implemented as needed
- Manage inquiries and requests related to payroll/HRIS system, which may require research, analysis, or advanced technical support with vendors to address questions presented by stakeholders and/or outside agency representatives.
- Ad hoc support for M/A activity partnering with third-party payroll vendors to set up payroll and integrate HRIS/HR systems
- May facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Prepare reports for senior management
- This Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours due to time zone differences
- Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Must-Haves:
- Experienced in HR, with a focus on employee experience, HRIS, or HR technology – with experience working on implementation, enhancements, and break-fixes on HR Platforms
- Proven track record of success in product ownership or product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience owning and running HRIS projects with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and strategies.
- Ability to process map and manage change and facilitate training
- Experience presenting to stakeholders or facilitating training pertaining to HR Technology changes
- Experience with Project Management, UAT, and Change Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and driving positive change within organizations.

- Individual should be organized, thorough, methodical, and able to use critical thinking skills when solving problems
- Energized self-starter capable of working and thinking independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Skill in preparing detailed reports and performing detailed computations
- Advanced Excel skills and use of MS Office is required
- Proficient in Smartsheet
- Authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience configuring platforms
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, payroll best practices, to support Payroll Implementation
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Power BI Reporting experience
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions from a payroll or HRIS perspective
- Experience with user-centric design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience developing self-service tools and process automation solutions.
