Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprentice
The Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprentice will support engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in the day-to-day delivery of technical activities across product development, production, and sustainment.
Role
- Support the Tooling Design Engineer in design & development of new production tooling
- Support the tooling design engineer on tooling sustainment activities (through practical moulding trials and CAD/tooling modification)
- Support the design team in ensuring new products can be manufactured in line with DFM best practice
Training
The training schedule hasn't been agreed yet, but it will require some College attendance.
Progression routes for this role are to tooling design engineer, senior tooling design engineer.
