Contract Type: Full-time (37.5hrs per week Monday-Friday), Permanent

Are you passionate about audio, electronics, or AV equipment? Do you enjoy solving technical problems, testing new products, and helping others understand how things work?

AVSL Group is looking for a Technical Support & Quality Coordinator to join our team at Trafford Park. This is a hands-on role supporting our sales and purchasing teams with technical product advice, basic quality checks, and day-to-day troubleshooting.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, responding to technical queries, inspecting samples, and helping to maintain accurate product information. Over time, there's scope to expand into compliance support and technical documentation as your experience grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing technical advice to support our sales team and customers
• Testing and inspecting new product samples
• Carrying out basic goods-in quality checks on electronic and AV products
• Identifying and reporting any product faults or issues
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation such as datasheets and manuals
• Collaborating with the purchasing and compliance teams to ensure products meet our standards

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in audio, AV, or electronics
• A practical, hands-on approach to technical work
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Experience in technical support or quality inspection is helpful but not essential
