Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Business Development Representative / Sales Executive include:Generate New Opportunities: Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound prospecting, lead generation and business development activityConduct Market Research: Research organisations, industries, contacts and decision-makers to support targeted sales campaignsSupport Account Penetration: Assist with strategic account plans and account-based outreach programmesFollow up Marketing Leads: Respond to inbound enquiries and marketing-generated opportunities professionally and promptlyRe-Engage Prospects: Follow up leads generated through campaigns, webinars, events and digital marketing activitiesBuild Relationships: Establish rapport with prospective customers and identify potential business opportunitiesSupport Sales Campaigns: Work closely with Account Managers and the Enterprise Account Manager to maximise pipeline generationMaintain CRM Records: Ensure customer interactions, activities and opportunities are accurately recordedTrack Engagement Activity: Monitor prospect engagement and maintain strong pipeline hygieneCollaborate Across Teams: Work effectively with sales, marketing and internal departments to support growth objectivesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSThe organisation believes attitude, personality and cultural fit are more important than experience.
